recognizes learning acquired
from experiences outside a
formal classroom setting by
offering students the opportunity
to earn academic credit through
portfolio assessment, the College
Level Examination Program (CLEP),
and departmental credit by
examination.
Credit earned
in one of these ways is granted
for learning outcomes that
are equivalent to the learning outcomes
of specific courses in the
BGSU curriculum. One or more
of these methods may be used
to acquire college credit.
